The reception was friendly and spotless. I loved that the food for breakfast was excellent. Had luxurious queen room with bathroom fan, a nice shower and sofa bed. The staff were more than helpful and always had a smile.

The people were hard-working, the rooms were huge and recently decorated. The continental breakfast was freshly prepared, I appreciated that it offered lots of meals. Beautiful location, a 10-15 minute walk from abertay university. The pool was lovely and I had bottled drinks in the roof top bar.

it was in general a fab experience. great restaurant a short walk to the hotel. the pool was great and the garden — comfortable. best possible location and exceptional value contrasted with other options.
